- Blue Moon Goodness Vegan Green Chile
- Using a small saucepan, heat Blue Moon Goodness Vegan Green Chile over medium heat on the stove.
- Steam tamales.
- Fry eggs in a frying pan, we did sunny side up.
- Peel off the husks from the tamales, plate them and then ladle the Vegan Green Chile on the tamales and place the fried eggs on top.
- For extra heat, add some hot sauce and enjoy!
